We proudly provide lawn care services in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.

Lawn 911 LLC provides lawn care and related outdoor services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property accessibility.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, text message, email, website forms, or online booking tools.

• Appointment times are estimated, not guaranteed.
• Weather conditions may require rescheduling.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property (unlocked gates, pets secured, etc.).

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit, if applicable.

Pricing is based on the information provided by the customer. Prices may change if:

• Property size or conditions differ from what was described
• Additional services are requested
• Obstructions or excessive debris are present

Payments are due as agreed at booking or upon completion of service.

Payments are processed securely through Square. Lawn 911 LLC does not store full payment card information.

Unpaid balances may result in service delays, suspension, or collection efforts.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from Lawn 911 LLC related to:

• Scheduling and service updates
• Quotes, invoices, and payment reminders
• Customer support
• Occasional promotions or service announcements

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Customers are responsible for:

• Marking or disclosing hidden items (sprinkler heads, cables, decorations, etc.)
• Removing personal items from service areas
• Securing pets during service

Lawn 911 LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or normal wear related to lawn care services.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.

Refunds or re-services are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All content on our website is owned by Lawn 911 LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful or harmful activities.

We use trusted third-party tools to operate our business, including:

• Square for payments
• Yardbook for scheduling and customer management

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Lawn 911 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
